Project Management

Your project is prepared, guided and executed through a series of default stages. Possibly risks are traced in a timely fashion and eliminated immediately.

People with hospitality to the backbone work at Index Hospitaly Systems, all sharing an affinity for automation and engineering. Due to their hospitality background our employees are aware of the challenges you face, unlike anyone else. From this expertise they stand side by side with you, to rise up to those challenges.

Daily operations uninterrupted
Each project is started by exploring your wishes and demonstrating the possibilities. We prefer doing this on site with you. In the end, that is where our systems have to work. Together we will then determine the implementation and method. Our initial concern will always be not to interrupt your daily operations.

Training
Products from Index Systems are always user-friendly. However, to quickly gain all ins and outs, training is part of the implementation of all new systems. We like to do this using our efficacious 'train the trainer' method.
Refresher courses are available as well. We organize an open training in Vught (NL) each quarter. You can sign up for these trainings.

Staff that maintains the system is trained intensively. Due to this training they are able to assist end-users, even when they have less evident questions. Theory and practice are adressed during the training, however the accent is set to giving practical tips, specifically focussed on your type of tenure. This way you are assured to get the most out of your systems. Fringe benefit is that this method enables us to offer you a competitive quote.
