Optii Keeper solution helps London hotels improve housekeeping efficiencies and increase customer service for guests
LONDON – Index Hospitality Systems (Index) today announced that it has entered into a new agreement with Radisson Edwardian Hotels to implement its Optii Keeper solution in all of the 14 company-owned hotels. The implementation, which commenced on 12 January 2012 at their flagship The May Fair hotel, will enable Radisson Edwardian to improve its housekeeping operation and deliver superior customer service to its guests.
The hotel chain selected the Optii Keeper solution to drive a faster room turnaround of clean rooms and improve cleaning quality, enabled by Optii’s patented occupant-centric model and extensive integration into the OPERA Property Management System.
“The user-friendly Apple iPods will enable us to better measure our housekeeping performance and update our Property Management System in real-time as rooms are serviced and inspected” said Paul Mansi, Chief Operating Officer at Radisson Edwardian Hotels. “In particular, this real-time update of guest and room status’ on the housekeepers iPods is extremely beneficial, as they are always servicing the rooms in the most efficient order, ensuring they are ready for our arriving guests.”
